Big on Fluff Low on Substance - Don't Waste Your Time on This Boring Lightweight

In my opinion, this book is a total rip-off written to make the author $$'s. There is no good or new information here for the reasonably savvy injection molding person wanting to better understand the cost analysis end of the business.
It is double spaced to increase the number of pages with blank pages at the end for 'notes'. So what should have been roughly a 90 page book is fattened to around 185 pages, What a waste of good trees this junk is.

Very Basic

This book might be useful to someone just entering the industry or someone who has never seen an injection mold. It does contain some formulas that *might* be useful if one were creating a spreadsheet to estimate an injection mold. If one were given a preliminary mold design/layout, you might be able to get close with the information in this book. In the author's defense, there is precious little information available out there on this subject.
