About the Author
Patricia Dixon, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of African American Studies at Georgia State University. Prior to this position, she served as visiting lecturer at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. She is past executive director of the National Council for Black Studies and founder and director of the National African American Relationships Institute (NAARI). Dr. Dixon has been an invited speaker and presenter at several conferences, has served on several boards, and has been a featured guest on radio and television talk shows

The order is ok. I'll keep it.
However, I purchased a Motorola RAZER Unlock Phone, item #19C23-Moto-v3- Black-GSM- RB, in April, 2013 from you.
It never worked properly. It was a problem from the start.
I tried to return it, but you refused to accept it.The RAZer was my first purchase from Amazon and
I was not aware of your return policy.
I am very disappointed at the way you handled that matter. I expected a much better response.
If you ordered an item, and it did not work properly, how would feel if you tried to return it, and
your request was denied? Think about that.
